New Staff

We are pleased to confirm that we are expanding our staff, with the new appointment of Claire Arlen, who shall be employed as a Junior Quantity Surveyor. Claire hails from Nottingham and has previously been employed by Barrett Developments PLC. We shall be sponsoring Claire to commence her studies at the Reading College of Estate Management.

Sponsorship

We have this year sponsored Lancing Rangers Under 9s, who play in the Adur and Chichester Youth Football League. Julian Church and Associates have jointly sponsored the team with Clemenson Racing and supplied full home, away and training kit for the team plus matchday tracksuits.

We have again sponsored a player at football premiership club Fulham FC. Our choice for the 08/09 season is Fulham's new striker and number 9, Bobby Zamora. Zamora established himself as a prolific striker at, our local side, Brighton & Hove Albion after signing for them in 2000. His goal scoring exploits earned him a move to Tottenham Hotspur in 2003 but after only one term switched to West Ham. Zamora has earned six caps for England's U21 side and will be looking to form a formidable partnership with Andy Johnson this season.

Inamo Wardour Street

Inamo is a pioneering Oriental fusion Restaurant & Bar where control of the dining experience is placed firmly in your hands. Their mission is to provide delectable cuisine with charming and timely service in a warm and vibrant atmosphere Inamo is a state of the art restaurant using modern technology to create a unique dining experience. Projectors are used for menus so that customers can order their own food and drinks, adjust their light settings and themes at their individual tables. Without a doubt the most technologically advanced restaurant in the capital, Inamo's computerised menus make eating dinner like playing a video game.

Inamo's Soho location ensures a young, trendy, mostly media crowd, who'll no doubt be mesmerised.

If, however, the ground floor restaurant is filled up, there's a bar downstairs where you can wait with a drink. This is a small space, packed with low tables, black leather circular seats and banquettes against the wall.

Caffe Nero

We continue to work on behalf of Caffe Nero in their continued expansion. Recent and current stores include projects in Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast and Falmouth demonstrating our ability to provide good quality proactive services throughout the country.
