We are a smaller consultancy practice, based in Southern England but because of the way that we work, we can undertake projects throughout the United Kingdom and beyond.
We have already earnt our reputation. We like to engage with the client and design team. We like to have conversations, we ask questions, we describe possible outcomes of a possible design decision and evaluate. Essentially we seek to make connections.We give the design the benefit of the doubt and align objectives to then also consider alternative best value (not lowest cost) and outcome. We provide a presence and provide solutions.
What we do is look for customers who will eagerly similarly engage with us. They will confirm our reputation and invent and spread the word for us. What we want is clients who similarly say “we love doing this”.
Julian, Ian M and Fred are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and all of us including Bev are members of the Association for Project Safety.
